Delete Your RideWatch Account
We're sorry to see you go. You can request deletion of your RideWatch account and all associated data by following the steps below.
Please note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data including ride history, safety scores, and rider information will be permanently deleted.
What gets deleted
- Your parent or rider account and login credentials
- All ride history and safety scores
- All rider profiles linked to your account
- Saved favorite locations
- Push notification tokens
- Live location data
What is not deleted
- Payment records required by law for tax and financial compliance (retained for 7 years per legal requirements)
- Anonymous aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you
How to request deletion
Send an email to privacy@dofunbiz.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include:
- The email address associated with your RideWatch account
- Your full name
- Confirmation that you want your account and all data permanently deleted
We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email when complete.
