These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the RideWatch mobile application and related services ("RideWatch," the "App," or the "Service") operated by DoFunBiz ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using RideWatch, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

RideWatch is a family safety application that enables a parent or legal guardian to view ride activity — including live GPS location, speed, crash alerts, and arrival notifications — for riders in their family account. Rider accounts are created and managed by the parent or legal guardian.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

• Parent accounts must be created by an adult (18 years or older) who is the parent or legal guardian of the riders they add.
• Rider profiles are activated using an invite code provided by the parent and are intended for minors riding with their parent's or guardian's knowledge and consent.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and invite codes.

3. Subscription

• On iOS, RideWatch Family is purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase within the app. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, and Apple — not RideWatch — processes and holds your payment information.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can view, change, or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple Account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Canceling stops future renewals; you retain access through the end of the period you already paid for.
• Prices may change with advance notice as permitted by Apple's App Store terms. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4. Refunds

Because payment is processed by Apple, refunds for RideWatch Family are issued by Apple, not by DoFunBiz. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or use the "Report a Problem" link in your Apple purchase history. If you're having trouble with the app itself, contact us at support@dofunbiz.com and we'll help however we can.

5. Safety Disclaimer

RideWatch is a monitoring and awareness tool. It is not a substitute for adult supervision, safe riding practices, protective equipment, or emergency services. Location, speed, and crash-detection features depend on device hardware, GPS signal, network connectivity, and battery — and may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. In an emergency, always call 911 or your local emergency number. We make no guarantee that the App will detect any particular incident or deliver any particular alert.

6. Acceptable Use

• You may only use RideWatch to monitor riders for whom you are the parent or legal guardian, or with the informed consent of the person being monitored where required by law.
• You may not use the Service to track any person without lawful authority or consent.
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

7. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information, including location data, is described in our Privacy Policy. Please review it — it is part of these Terms.

8. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via our account deletion page. Note that deleting your RideWatch account does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription — cancel separately in your Apple Account settings if you no longer want to be billed.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoFunBiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss or injury arising from reliance on the Service, including missed or delayed alerts. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
